Drawing from her extensive experience as a billing specialist, she ensures claims are handled accurately by maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Additionally, Jean brings considerable expertise in medication dispensing, further enhancing the comprehensive care provided to our patients. As a Certified Technician for TMS, she upholds high standards in her specialized field. Beyond her professional competencies, Jean contributes to a positive office environment with her great sense of humor and outgoing personality.

With extensive experience as a medical biller, Leslie adeptly navigates billing matters when needed.
Furthermore, Leslie plays a pivotal role in assisting with Worker's Compensation referrals, contributing significantly to all administrative aspects related to workers' compensation. This includes the preparation of contracts and coordinating Attorneys' requests for depositions, conference calls, or any other matter pertinent to workers' compensation. Handling sensitive information daily, Leslie consistently upholds confidentiality standards. Beyond her professional competencies, she brings a positive personality and a sense of humor to the team.

Mrs. Figueroa holds a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling\Psychology from Troy State University. In her role, she assumes the responsibility of ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to clients and patients. Her duties encompass the organization and oversight of staff, focusing on managing overall office operations.
Within her capacity, Mrs. Figueroa takes charge of providing necessary personnel training, meticulously monitoring compliance with legal guidelines, and ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards. One of her main goals is to ensure that patients receive the best quality treatment characterized by respect, compassion, and love. Her leadership extends to guiding the team in pursuing the organization's goals, ultimately ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. Mrs. Figueroa also oversees every aspect of Worker's Compensation, leveraging her extensive experience working with Attorneys, Judges, Legal Nurses, and Case Managers.

Noel Figueroa, M.D.
Board Certified Forensic Psychiatrist
​
​Dr. Noel Figueroa is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and a Board Certified Forensic Psychiatrist who has served Central Florida and the surrounding areas for over 25 years. Born in the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico. He attended the University Of Puerto Rico where he earned his Bachelor's degree in biology. He then attended medical school at "Universidad Central Del Caribe" Medical School in Puerto Rico where he graduated and obtained his medical doctor degree. He completed his residency in Psychiatry at North Shore University Hospital-Cornell Medical Center in Manhasset Psychiatric Program in New York City. Dr.Figueroa also completed one year of Internal Medicine at St.Vincent Hospital in Bridgeport Connecticut.
Dr.Figueroa came to Florida in 1993 to work as an active duty Psychiatrist of the United States Navy. In 1996 he completed his Naval Service and went into inactive Reserve as a Lieutenant Commander. He received "The Navy Commendation Medal". In 2012 Dr. Figueroa decided to open his private practice, specializing primarily in adult psychiatry and Workers Compensation and other Medical Legal Services. He is also a Certified Physician in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy (TMS). He has been an active staff member at local hospitals where he has served as Chief of inpatient psychiatric units and Director of partial hospitalization programs. Dr. Figueroa is a double Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. He is also known as an Expert Medical Advisor in the State of Florida. Dr.Figueroa has over 25 years of experience in Worker's Compensation cases. Dr.Figueroa and his wife are proud owners of MindHope of Oviedo a place where patients can find peace and hope.
