WELCOME LETTER
The expected timelines for delivering Initial Evaluation Reports and DWC will be provided within 7 to 10 business days. However, depending on the case's complexity, delivery may extend up to 15 business days. If an extension is necessary, we will notify you accordingly.
Follow-up visits will be billed after the date of service (DOS) as per MindHope fee schedule.
Subsequent progress notes and DWCs will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
To cancel or reschedule a new evaluation appointment, fourteen business days advance notice is required. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.
