Psychiatric evaluation reports are issued within seven (7) to ten (10) business days following the completion of the evaluation and receipt of all relevant medical records and documentation. In matters involving greater complexity, the delivery period may extend up to fifteen (15) business days, in which event all parties will be notified of the revised timeline. Please be advised that reports will not be released until any outstanding balance owed to Mindful has been paid in full.
